"I can't thank Nathan enough for helping me enjoy going to the gym again. It had been years since I did anything more than just going through the motions (treadmill, elliptical, classes tailored for a group, not me specifically) if I bothered at all. I never saw results and that added to me not feeling like it was worth it. The decision to try personal training with Nathan came after I started having a sore lower back, tightness in shoulders, neck and glutes when i hadn't done anything to cause it. No injury. Just weak muscles from not being used. I have tried PT, getting monthly massage, going to a chiropractor and all are great, but resulted in temporary relief of pain instead of getting to the bottom of the problem and finding a solution. It seems impossible, but I felt better after the first week of training.
